Your pieces will be hand-delivered, set up, and styled on site. With your floorplan at our fingertips, they’ll go precisely where you want them.

The party’s over. While you kick your feet up, my team and I will take it all down and load it back into the truck. On the road again!

To finish your rental order, sign an online rental agreement and submit your 50% nonrefundable deposit (the rest is due 30 days before the event). I’ll touch base with you or your planner 2-3 weeks before your event to finalize any logistics and schedule your delivery and pickup windows.

Rental Costs

Visit the collections page to see the exact fee for every item. The amounts you’ll see cover the sourcing, storage, cleaning and one-on-one design experience provided to every client. This helps me maintain an incredible collection of eye-catching and well-taken-care-of pieces. 

Delivery fees start at $100, and are adjusted based on the size of your order and how far away your event is. We don’t just bring it there, we make it look good on site and then come back at the end of the day to pick it all up. All set up and staging is taken care of for you. My team and I work hard so you can kick back and relax. Available for orders with a minimum of $250, plus the delivery fee.

The best way to get started is to simply create a wishlist so you can see the rental cost totals. From there, you’ll receive a full quote with delivery fees too. A non-refundable 50% deposit and signed rental agreement are required to book. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your event date.

How To Book

Rent out what you need, and pick it up directly from the warehouse (small items only, not sofas), conveniently located in Tulsa near 41st and Memorial.You must be in a fully covered vehicle, so my convertible-loving friends will need to keep the top up. We’ll arrange a specific pickup and dropoff time ahead of time too. Your order must be at least $50, and there’s a $25 fee on top to cover my time preparing, cleaning and being available for pickup.

Check your email in about 2 business days and there should be a response waiting for you (or in spam, so check there too!). 

Just complete a wishlist or contact me to book a consultation. From there, you’ll receive a proposal with full pricing. Keep in mind that proposals expire after 7 days, meaning the same pricing, pieces and date may no longer be available. If you decide to book after the proposal expires, email me so I can confirm availability and refresh your proposal!

Once your pieces have been selected (and the anticipation is in place too), I ask for a 50%, non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before the event.

I knew you would be thorough! I love it. You’ll get the chance to review the terms and conditions in full before any signatures are added. This contract makes sure that the pieces you need are locked into the calendar for your event, and that our furniture is protected for future events too! The most important takeaway from the rental agreement is that we expect the furniture to return in the same condition it was delivered in (minus normal wear and tear). Just like a rental car, you are responsible for any damages, broken items, or stains. And if you’re planning a late-night event, there’s a simple 10% picture perfect fee that will be applied to any orders we pick up after 10:00 pm.

The entire deposit (50% of the total cost) is forfeited if a rental order is canceled prior to 30 days before the event. If canceling within that 30-day period, the full rental balance will be forfeited. With such a last-minute change, we are usually unable to book another event in your place, hence this policy. I appreciate your understanding!

The minimum delivery fee is $100, and is added on top of the furniture rental fees calculated from your selections. The exact delivery fee will vary based on the total size of your order (how many pieces we’ll be physically handling) and the distance from the warehouse to your venue. It also accounts for loading and unloading time, labor, round trip driving costs, staging items, retrieving the pieces after the event, unloading at the warehouse, and inspecting every item.

There will be a 2-hour delivery window and a 1-hour pickup window. I’ll touch base with you or your planner about 2-3 weeks before the event to confirm the exact time frame.

My team and I will be back at a specific 1-hour window to retrieve the items. You, your family and your venue don’t have to worry about this whatsoever. We simply ask that all non-Stay Gold decor is removed, and that guests are no longer using the space (although I admit, they are very likely to linger because it’s so comfortable!). 

The standard rental period is one day, so your furniture rentals will be delivered and picked up on the same day. Occasionally, I may have availability to deliver a day early, and pick up the day after. Just ask! Additional costs apply if you need a longer rental period.

Yes, please! It takes extra power and help to carry furniture up stairs or across far distances, so let us know at booking if anything is going upstairs, downstairs or more than 200 feet from the drop-off location.

Yes! Participating in these events is one of my favorite things, but offer limited availability to minimize wear & tear on rentals. The more creative and forward-thinking your idea is, the more likely I am to say yes! Discounted costs apply to paid styled shoots/workshops, whereas collaborations with vendors participating cost-free will be complimentary.
